OVERVIEW

Purpose-Built For Precision At Scale

One integrated facility combining advanced CNC fabrication, large-format laser cutting and in-house hot dip galvanizing under a single quality system.

Graspin's greenfield manufacturing facility at Talod, Sabarkantha District is purpose-built for high-precision, high-volume structural fabrication. The plant spans 350,000 square feet, of which 150,000 square feet is under roof. Bringing CNC angle processing, laser profiling and a 9-metre galvanizing bath onto one site removes the handoffs and transit delays that normally sit between fabrication and coating. That shortens lead times and keeps dimensional accountability with a single team from raw section to dispatch.

In-House Hot Dip Galvanizing

A 9-metre galvanizing bath ensuring full coating conformance to IS:4759, with no dependence on third-party coating schedules.

Integrated Quality System

In-process and final inspection protocols aligned to PGCIL, BIS and international standards, applied to every batch.

Digital Design Environment

A fully digitised design setup including digital twin testing software for virtual prototype and load validation ahead of physical production.

Material Handling

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Engineering Precision At Every Step

A controlled sequence from design validation to dispatch, with inspection gates built into each stage.

  1. 01

    Design & Digital Validation

    Structures are modelled and load-validated in a digital twin environment before any steel is cut, improving first-time-right rates on complex custom work.

  2. 02

    Material Receipt & Testing

    Incoming sections are verified against mill test certificates and checked for grade, dimension and surface condition before release to production.

  3. 03

    CNC Fabrication

    Angle lines and laser cutting profile, drill and punch each member to drawing, with in-process dimensional checks at set intervals.

  4. 04

    Assembly & Proto Check

    Members are trial-assembled to confirm fit-up and hole alignment ahead of coating, catching deviations while they remain correctable.

  5. 05

    Hot Dip Galvanizing

    Components are galvanised in the in-house 9-metre bath to IS:4759, with coating thickness verified on sampled members.

  6. 06

    Final Inspection & Dispatch

    Finished structures pass a final inspection aligned to PGCIL and BIS protocols, then are bundled, marked and released for despatch.
