Graspin serves high-growth market segments from one integrated plant, combining advanced CNC fabrication, large-format laser cutting and in-house hot dip galvanising under a single quality system.

DIVISION 01

Power Transmission Structure Manufacturing

High-voltage transmission line tower structures for PGCIL, state TRANSCOs and independent power producers.

Our core division manufactures transmission line tower structures designed and tested to IS:802, IEC 60652 and customer-specific standards. We also produce steel structures for EHV and HV substations: bus support structures, equipment support frames and gantry structures for 33kV to 765kV applications.

The engineering team operates a fully digitised design environment including digital twin testing software, enabling virtual prototype and load validation before physical production.

DIVISION 02

EPC Projects

Turnkey engineering, procurement and construction for power and industrial infrastructure.

We deliver turnkey EPC solutions for utilities, government organisations and private enterprises, taking projects from design through fabrication, supply and execution against the highest standards of quality, safety and reliability.

The division also covers heavy industrial fabrication: reactor mounting structures for petrochemical and chemical plants, heavy pipe racks for refineries, and bespoke fabricated structures for offshore rigs and process facilities.

DIVISION 03

Railway Structure Manufacturing

High-voltage overhead electrification structures for Indian Railways.

We manufacture high voltage railway electrification structures supporting Indian Railways’ ongoing electrification and traction upgrade programme, one of the largest rail modernisation efforts anywhere in the world.

Every structure is produced on the same CNC angle-processing lines and passes the same in-process and final inspection protocols aligned to PGCIL, BIS and international standards.
